On the evening of July 3rd, a severe storm split a large oak tree next to our house in half, leaving it at risk of falling onto our home. After spending the night sleeping on the opposite side of the house, I woke up the next morning and started calling arborists. Considering it was both a holiday weekend and the Fourth of July, I wasn't surprised when five different companies never answered or returned my calls. Then Alex from Ivan's Tree Service called me back. Within an hour and a half, Alex was at my house assessing the situation. I had a fair quote by 11:00 AM, and by 5:00 PM that same day, the dangerous tree had been safely removed. Because it was still the holiday weekend, there wasn't anywhere open to dispose of the debris, but they were upfront about that from the start. As soon as facilities reopened on Tuesday, they were back before noon, removed all of the remaining debris, and had the stump completely ground out by 2:00 PM. The entire experience was professional, prompt, and exactly what you hope for when dealing with an emergency. Alex communicated clearly throughout the process, the crew worked efficiently, and they did an outstanding job. I couldn't have asked for better service during a stressful situation. I highly recommend Ivan's Tree Service to anyone in need of tree removal or arborist services. They absolutely earned my five-star review.
