2. Core Aeration + Overseeding
Best for thinning or stressed existing lawns. We pull thousands of soil plugs, relieve compaction, then overseed with premium seed and topdress with compost or our premium topsoil. Dramatically improves any lawn.
3. Hydroseeding
For large areas or slopes. Seed, fertilizer, tackifier, and green dye sprayed in one pass. Excellent erosion control and fast coverage.
